What is Sea Moss ?

Sea Moss is a sea algae very rich in vitamins and minerals the body needs to thrive. It can be eaten raw or cooked but in the Caribbean is often boiled, mixed with nutmeg and sweetened to make an apparently libido-enhancing wonder drink. Other uses include making Sea moss gel which makes it readily available for consumption. Sea moss is also used in the production of various health and beauty care products. Sea moss is very rich in iodine, potassium, iron, vitamins A,D,C and has 92 minerals essential for the body to thrive. 

Where is our sea moss from ?

We source our sea moss from St Lucia and Jamaica in the Caribbean.
